Victoria J. Powell is a summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University and holds both JD and LL.M (taxation) degrees from the University of Florida College of Law.  She began he law career as a published author and litigator and her tax law career in corporate tax for Shell Oil in Houston, TX.  Her extensive teaching experience includes college, law schools, Continuing Legal Education, and Continuing Education for the Accounting Profession.  She currently focuses on Continuing Medical Education and the later earner of high income.

Ms. Powell is a member of the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education, the Medical Education Speakers Network, the Florida and Texas Bar Associations and is actively interested in improving disaster relief delivery, for which she was noted in the NY Times following Hurricane Katrina.  She is married to a busy neuroradiologist and they have four grown children, so her advocacy for physicians is both a personal and professional commitment.

Silas I Harrington is a three-time graduate from the University of Washington in Seattle, receiving bachelor's, law, and advanced tax (LL.M) degrees from the school.  As an undergrauduate Mr. Harrington competed on the Husky crew team, where he won a National Championship title.  He is a member of the school's Husky Hall of Fame.

Mr. Harrington spent nearly ten years providing in-house legal services to financial planning firms in downtown San Diego, including Greenbook Financial Services, Inc.  Mr. Harrington helped thousands of financial advisors and their clients with business structuring, estate planning, and retirement planning and closely advised the firm's pension operations which serviced over 1,000 qualified retirement plans.

Mr. Harrington has represented dozens of taxpayers before the IRS.  The firm offers comprehensive estate planning and probate services for both simple and complex estates.
